The Bradford Dementia Hub is a collaborative project between Khidmat Centres, Community Links, and Bradford Bulls, commissioned and funded by Bradford City Council. Our dementia support services based at the Khidmat Centre, provide faith and culturally sensitive assistance to individuals and families affected by dementia.
Our mission is to create a safe and informative space where individuals living with dementia, caregivers, and those seeking knowledge about dementia care can find valuable support.
Our services include:
• Dementia awareness information
• Advocacy
• Adult social care assessments
• Access to healthcare specialists and services
• Peer and community support groups
• Respite care
• Development of carers' support groups upon request
