What the learning Disability Project is all about

The Khidmat Centres’ Learning Disability Project was established in August 2008 at Khidmat Centre, Spencer Road, Bradford, BD7 2EU.Our provision proactively caters for religious and cultural requirements of service users.

We aim to provide a quality and religiously/ culturally appropriate care in close partnership with families and carers.

It aims to offer quality care for Adults with learning disabilities taking into account their religious and cultural needs. We aim to build on the personal skills of our service users thus enabling them to function independently both at home and in the community.

We have an open door policy and people of all backgrounds are welcome.

We work very closely with parents, careers and other service providers offering a constructive and enjoyable programme of educational and leisure activities in a safe, supportive, and friendly environment.

Our care is delivered by committed trained team of paid staff.
